Absolutely spot on analysis, say I, mainly cos I reached the same conclusion regarding cuts to, well,  for example children’s play provision: the more you cut, the less we provide, so we seek other funds from other users of our building… We end up with a mixed use building used well by adults paying, which squeezes out the kids use of what was their building…
